9/11 Was A "Hit" On Cheney, Rumsfeld and Bush ...Not US People..That's Why All the Warnings To The WTC's. No Attacks Since!

It appears during the Nixon and Bush 1 administrations, Cheney & Rumsfeld and Bush 1 built reactors for Libya, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Pakistan..in response to the British allowing India to go Nuclear.  It then seems that Cheney, Bush and Rumsfeld then cut them off from the Uranium necessary to run the plants?  Is that what 9/11 was all about..a "HIT" on Bush, Cheney & Rumsfeld?  It also explains why the U S Speaker of the House and Majority Leader of the Senate were having breakfast, on the morning of 9/11/01, with the head of ISI, Pakistan's Secret Service that planned
