Neil Bush, the President's brother, walks away with nearly $1 Billion from Silverado Savings and nobody blinks an eye.  Fox News, But steal $9.0 billion from secret CIA accounts at Societe Generale, in France, and it's Katie Couric, "Bar the Door!" (Those damn Franks --We should just  rename the US Dollar--"CIA Newsletters"!)
