Just because a "Cruise" is deployed or launched, doesn't mean it automatically flies to target and explodes. in fact, the "cruise" doesn't even have a target "pre-programmed" into it's navigation system. Why?
Because, it must, by law, stay within the control of a "human" for targetting purposes. As a result, once a cruise is "launched", several personnel in a C-130 take over the "management" of the drone. In fact, they can even navigate it.
Why a C-130? Because it takes a "village" to manage one of those babies! It's sort of like flying beside a "Bat out of hell"! Once the target is in sight, the Navigator in the C-130 programs the final coordinates in and clears the target with commanders on the ground. Then the "Cruise" is literally "released".

What is most alarming is the way that people polarise so dogmatically around the 'inside-job' meme and other 'conspiracy theories', and then have the nerve to classify themselves as being 'free-thinkers'. It is almost as if truth has become a binary concept:-
It is definitely not Al-Qaeda, therefore it must be an inside job.
Personally I believe that the "official-meme" of the events of 9/11 are a million miles away from the truth.
However, it is obvious to me that we now live in the age of the 'official conspiracy' - a supplementary dissenting meme to work in conjunction with the official meme, but whose mission is the same: to move the minds of both the ignorants and the cynics alike into an arena quarantined from truth.
I believe 9/11 could have been carried out by anyone, from Israel to China, from Russia to any number of independent rogue 'intelligence' groups.
"Loose Change" and "9/11 Mysteries" may make excellent viewing, but when they start popping up on the schedules of independent theaters all around the world you have to question their validity.
You only have to look at the "holocaust-denial" meme and the vigourous way in which it is innoculated against to understand that when the powers-that-be really want to supress a meme in reaching pandemic status then they are more than capable in doing so.
In contrast, I would argue that the '9/11 inside-job' meme is already so quickly reaching pandemic status.
