It appears during the Nixon and Bush 1 administrations, Cheney & Rumsfeld and Bush 1 built reactors for Libya, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Pakistan..in response to the British allowing India to go Nuclear. It then seems that Cheney, Bush and Rumsfeld then cut them off from the Uranium necessary to run the plants? Is that what 9/11 was all about..a "HIT" on Bush, Cheney & Rumsfeld? It also explains why the U S Speaker of the House and Majority Leader of the Senate were having breakfast, on the morning of 9/11/01, with the head of ISI, Pakistan's Secret Service that planned 9/11 to guarantee the safety of the US "Transition" team that would take over after Bush/Cheney & Rumsfeld were "murdered"> It was a US Coup! THe record is silent on whether or not that Iran accepted the deal from Cheney. To put this in context, it appears Cheney made the offer to Iran two days before Iran took the American embassy hostages. The official Iranian response was very different. It appears work MAY have begun on Iran's reactors, the day after the hostages were released.
