They are never caused by "individual" or "private" differences of the citizen army. War is the "scourge" that Kings, Queens and Corporate Agenda-ists...who fund it...use to keep "resistance" to a minimum and "profits" at a maximum.

"The absence of order among Nations...." (despite the Marshall Plan) only served to underscore for Truman and the Queen..) "is the greatest Threat to the US....". (not ignorance, oppression, poverty, drugs, starvation!) "This fact (and apparently nothing else!) imposes on us the responsibility to attempt world leadership...", "by bringing about Order & Justice be means consistent with Principles of Freedom and Democracy".
Truman's "World Order" wasn't "NEWS"..it had been around for hundreds of years under the British "guise" of "Empire" to "Save The Heathen".
