You may not know that British Govt isn't fond of GPS systems or "Personal Locator Beacons". The British Govt has outlawed the use of ALL Personal Locator Beacons. It appears the British are "rendering" more people than "GOd on Tribulation Day"...and GPS just confuses the issue. The GPS locator unit that Fossett had was A Breitling aviator's watch. Branson (Virgin Air) had one given to him just like it. If we google "Breitling and INterference".
As we all know, Breitlings work off the world's orbiting "satellite" system of which Britain and France own about 45%. That means, the UK may NOT want anyone to know the "Satellite" hovering over Nevada Test Site is not a US asset. They may also not want you to think that they are using their OWN satellite to Guide GLobal Hawks from Point A to Point B, anywhere around the planet.
That would probably be a violation of protocol because the Pentagon and the US Army SIGINT...couldn't "INT (intercept) the UK SIGS (signals)" if they didn't own the software codes. That means, the British can do ANYTHING communication-related in the NEvada Desert they want. (except, brush their teeth!) IT seems Breitling Emergency system is a powerful "Radio Transmitter"...operating at 121.5 Mhz. (distress range!)
Sorry, my bad! It appears that Breitling MAY have equipped Fossett with the "military version" which operates at 243 Mhz Military frequency. IF it IS a uk satellite over Nevada Area 51, et al, (covering up those nasty TRIPLE DELTa BUFFALO WINGS)..then Fossett's signal NEVER had a chance, even if he activated. However, the BRITS knew where he was...if they had jamming software on. Of course, it's possible the Brits has simply turned "Off" the transponder until Fossett's battery ran out. How LONG?

So, if a GPS ping may bleed "bandwidth" during an exercize? Not hardly but UK/US Army Joint Command Protocols are "fierce" on "civilian GPS rescues" during "black oops". What are the two simple reasons why Nevada is the world's best place to disappear if you're rich and trying to hide from the CIA? Well Fossett was rich. It's possible that his wife will NEVER reveal the true extent. You probably don't know that Nevada does NOT require a 7-year disappearance before presuming death...the Nevada Statute only requires 3 years missing. Who knows, maybe those other 101 "missing" planes are just a "scam" to "launder" estates via the "missing person"/"death" statute.
Furthermore, Nevada is allowed to declare a person "dead" because the "event" occurred in "international territory"...or "cannot be located, due to diligent search or inquiry" because of "non-cooperation" of "non-local authorities". Why would someone file now, when the NEvada Statute says you can't file for three years? I think I have the answer.
I'm NOT saying that Fossett was "hiding" from anyone. But there are three possibilities..Fossett "ISN'T a witness but everybody thinks he is so the CIA wants his wife to "slow down" the accounting of his assets and sources...or the FBI knows the CIA is trying to stop the "accounting" on the Fossett estate and is trying to speed it up. The Property Baron Hilton "owns" in Nevada is part of a military reservation that appears to be "leased" to the British Military for Nuclear Testing, who operate a "massive radar installation" and "global hawk mission". So, there may be a question about whether Baron Hilton's property is "international" territory" or "not US territory" or the British forces in the area "refuse to cooperate with the search and therefore Fossett's body, could NEVER be located regardless of diligence...even if he was dead.
Secondly, if we assume that Fossett's company is a witness in the 9/11 Options scandal, where various individuals (including bin Laden) may have placed sell options at super low prices the day before 9/11 to take advantage of the attack...then Fossett's company may have inadvertently come into the possession of "illegal funds" from the transactions...in the form of "commissions".
We know that Fossett was a VERY aggressive options trader in Chicago mercantile, New York and in Germany. We also know that a CIA director, Buzzy Krongard, was running Deutsche Bank at the time the alleged "illegal put" orders were placed. So Fossett..as well as a few dozen other individuals including the Husband of the poor woman "suicided" at the Phoenix airport also worked for Deutsche Bank options but we aren't sure when.
So, IF the Fossett knew or may have "gained" from the "options"...they would certainly now reside in his Estate...and may be "vulnerable" to seizure. I have no idea...but we're just brain-storming.
Title 18 USC l956 (a)(1) (B)(i) is the Federal/Global money laundering statute. It punishes "defendants" who take steps to "legitimize their proceeds"...to create an "impression of legitimate proceeds". The proceeds themselves don't even have to be "illegal". Under 18USC1956, it is illegal to knowingly engage in acts involving illegally obtained money (which there is no evidence to believe that Fossett was engaged in). But, it may also be illegal to take actions that would "conceal the source of funds" .
So, if someone in Fossett's position wanted to dissappear. Nevada would be perfect not only for the 3 year limit...but a good attorney could argue that since Nevada is 100% leased by the British Military, there really isn't even a "reason" to search.
Don't get me wrong. The Fossetts and friends have spent "millions" to find him..but they only have "access" to a very narrow portion of Nevada. In other words, it's possible that they are being "forced to look where Fossett ain't".
I would assume that if Fossett is declared legally dead, then "criminal charges" can't be filed...and I don't know if "death would remove the taint" from the proceeds or if "death would be a complete defense to efforts to conceal the source".
Certainly, a "convenient death" worked like a charm for Ken Lay. He didn't even have to pay a fine. Did he?
So, I AM NOT saying Fossett has committed a crime. There is reason to believe he MAY not even be a witness BUT...the "Options Community" at the level that "bin Laden" was playing (or someone else!) on 9/10 was just too "heavy" for most day traders. It would "take" a "Fossett" to know who did place all the orders. And of course, the CIA is desparately trying to cover up their involvement.
9/11 was a fantastic opportunity for the CIA to payback the Pentagon and the American people for the $2.3 Trillion dollars Rumsfeld announced had gone "missing" from the Pentagon "black"? budget. In fact, the experts of the experts allege the 9/11 Put Option total almost exactly equalled $2.3 trillion. lMind boggling! What's really mind boggling is 87% of the "put options" that were executable on 9/11 had been placed by sources within the US Treasury.
I'm going to repeat, there is NO evidence implicating Fossett in the 9/11 Put Options scandal or that he even received proceeds. But, if someone in FOssett's position had knowledge or information. "DISAPPEARING IN NEVADA IS THE PERFECT THING TO DO"! otherwise they would "suicide" his wife, next time she went to "grand rapids".
It's only 3 years and then she can join him in "aruba"! .aka the "gateway to Saudi Arabia"! Let's say that Fossett or someone with a "money laundering" investigation asking questions about the 9/11 Put Options...needed to protect his $80,000,000-345,000,000 estate. Why protect the ESTATE? not the money itself, but the "source" of the funds.
It is a gutsy play to "put the assets in the hands of the court and let them figure out what came from where!"
